wj2pp Terms & Conditions

wj2pp is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment services for players in Bangladesh. In this Agreement, "Platform" refers to the wj2pp website and all its associated services.

"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created an account on the wj2pp platform or is using its services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the platform and the user.

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any provision is declared legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect. wj2pp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Minors or anyone under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or playing any games.
• The user must be a mentally competent adult capable of independently entering into a legal agreement.
• Only one account may be opened per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The user must provide accurate and complete personal information to the best of their knowledge.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure that using the platform does not violate any laws applicable in their country or region.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on the wj2pp platform, users must provide their correct name, mobile number, email address, and any other required information. Registering with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. Your account password must not be shared with any third party.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled. The return of any genuine funds earned will be determined subject to investigation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, wj2pp may request identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Documents such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be required for verification.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the wj2pp platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). Deposits via any other method will not be accepted.

Funds must be deposited only from the user's own account. Payments made from or in the name of a third party will not be accepted, and such transactions may be voided.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

wj2pp reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• Where there is suspicion of fraud or suspicious activity
• Where KYC verification has not been completed
• Where bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Due to technical errors or banking issues

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳18,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing any winnings derived from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• wj2pp reserves the right to cancel any bonus if evidence of promotional abuse is found.
• Attempting to claim a promotion more than once may result in account suspension.
• The terms of other promotional offers, including VIP cashback, apply separately.

5.4 VIP Program

wj2pp's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). VIP tier upgrade decisions are made by the platform based on a member's activity.

6.1 Game Rules

All games offered on the wj2pp platform are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). The specific rules for each game can be found directly within the game interface.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are stated within the respective game. wj2pp reserves the right to change betting limits at any time. It is the user's responsibility to check the limits before starting each game.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the case of games or transactions that are not completed due to server errors, disconnections, or software issues, wj2pp will follow its defined policy. Any winnings arising from clearly incorrect odds or technical errors may be voided.

6.4 Sports Betting

A variety of markets are available in the sports betting section. For cancelled or postponed matches, wj2pp will settle bets following standard industry practice. In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wj2pp platform and may result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Abusing promotional offers or fraudulently claiming bonuses
• Hacking, modifying game software, or using unauthorised software
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other members
• Attempting chargeback fraud
• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users

wj2pp places great importance on protecting members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep all data secure.

User data is used solely for service operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. User information is not shared with third parties, however data may be provided to authorities where legally required.

10.1 Account Closure by User

Any member may close their account at any time by submitting a written request. Any remaining funds will be returned via the designated method before the account is closed, however active bonus funds will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.

10.2 Account Closure by Platform

wj2pp may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated violations of these rules
• Fraud, deception, or illegal activity
• Court order or directive from authorities
• Platform business decisions

In the event of a rule violation, bonus funds in a terminated account will be forfeited. The return of any genuine deposited funds, where applicable, will be determined subject to investigation.

The wj2pp platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

wj2pp is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or device failures
• Technical issues from third-party game providers
• Unexpected server downtime or maintenance
• Incidents of user account information leaks where the user was negligent
• Financial losses arising from betting decisions

In any circumstance, wj2pp's total liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

For significant changes, wj2pp will notify members via their registered email address or through a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
